This place deserves more than just 5 stars honestly from my experience. The staff have always been very polite and extremely helpful and transparent about what they are doing with your devices. They are quite good at solving the issue and getting your device back to you in a timely manner, if they have issues they call you and tell you what's going on, which I appreciate very much. They even went above and beyond to help me get my PC back to me before the original date they had told me! I love the kindness and expertise that they possess! overall wonderful experience

These guys are great. Knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I had the opportunity to have them solve a problem with my lap top while I waited, they flew right it on the counter. Tim and Julia were good and fast, and we even had a few laughs wile doing it.

Had a new computer set up there. Kim did a great job within an reasonable time period. I highly recommend.

We had a few upgrades needed with our ancient Lenovo tower in order to keep us going until we fully do a switch to all new equipment in the next few months. Each of the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, chipper and willing to help in whatever way they could. And also - a very quick turn-around time. I look forward to using them when we get our new systems!

I have used CTE before and always have a great experience. On this trip, I had a laptop that was not holding a charge and a touch pad that wasn’t working. They were so kind and after doing a quick diagnosis, gave me honest information and help. I love their expertise and honesty every time.

Walked in with a frustratingly slow, newish laptop.Jeffrey diagnosed and more importantly FIXED the problem in very few minutes. Not once was he condescending to this largely tech illiterate boomer. I’ll be back!

Definitely recommend. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. My laptop had a virus and hard drive issue, but when asked whether to fix or replace I got an honest answer to replace which made them no money. Would use them again.
