Phenomenal customer service and experience

Brought a laptop in to have evaluated before sending off to college. Staff was very friendly, explained the small issue we had clearly. Fixed the problem, and gave solution to prevent it in the future as well as how to fix similar issue on other home computers (ultimately saving us money). They had it back to me in a number of hours when I had given them the week to take care of it! Will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

Great timely response and quickly worked on my computer issues (despite my own delay to handle it...and he warned me as well would end up being an issue for the long time that I know Tim). You will not be disappointed in the great quality of the service! Side Note: CET/Tim does an awesome blog with tips as well...and yes the issues will eventually hit you when not expected. No one is immune to technology issues.

Forget the 'big box' stores when you're looking for computer guidance. Why? The difference is Tim Grier and Richard Schierer are not only computer experts (aka "magicians"), but they also LISTEN and provide meaningful EDUCATION so you better understand how to operate and care for your computer. I get easily frustrated with technology, so it also helps that they explain in terms I can understand...along with a great sense of humor! I highly recommend their services!
