She helped figure out a way for me to temporarily continue to use my laptop while I decide what my next step is. She was patient and actually listened to what my concerns were. I will absolutely use them again in the future!

I wish I could give them more stars! I had a charger crisis where I couldn’t find the computer charger I needed at a store anywhere. I only needed it for a couple days. They also didn’t have it in stock but they did have a couple “tester” chargers I asked if I could rent one for the couple days. They ended up giving me one for dirt cheap. Super nice people, they obviously know good customer service. Would definitely come to them for anything!

Excellent customer service! My husband had an issue with a connection on this laptop and we called CET an in less than an hour they helped hin fix it... and this was done remotely, which is great since I'm far from them. Loved the experience and definitely recommend them!
