After many years as a Registered Nurse in high volume Emergency Departments, and being on my feet constantly, I finally developed enough issues to seek out the services of a podiatrist, or foot doctor. My primary doctor gave me a referral for Dr. Adams in Arroyo Grande. I could not be happier!

The office staff are friendly and helpful, appointment wait times are reasonable, and Dr. Adams has been great at diagnosing the problem, reviewing the various treatments, and advocating for the least invasive to start, which as a nurse I highly advocate. Even though surgery always sounds like it’s going to fix all problems, it often fixes the one problem, but you are left with other lingering issues. Excellent doctor. The staff is helpfull and friendly. Every experience with the doctor and staff has been very professional and caring. This office is one of the few really good medical experiences I've had in the central coast.

The Dr and the technicians are friendly, caring and competent. The doctor takes time to address my concerns. Appointments are scheduled well, so there is very little wait time (if any). Parking is always convenient as is access to the office from an external, ground level door just steps from the parking.

Staff is very courteous and pleasant. I’ve been going to Dr. Adams for years and hope he stays in practice a while longer. He performed a foot surgery on me years ago and it’s all good after 25 yrs. The young woman who ground down a crazy toenail did a great job the other day. It was my first time with her. I will happily stay with this medical team.

A well run office with the expertise to care for this important part of our bodies that is often abused and neglected.

I've seen Dr Grimes a handful of times for steroid shots for my plantar fasciitis, and he's always been compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. He doesn't rush me through the appointment, and the one time he was running quite a bit late, he apologized profusely--and has been on time since. He has a good sense of humor and explains both quick office solutions like shots and more-complicated ones like surgery. I recommend him.

They were very efficient and helped my painful feet immensely. Also the inserts that were recommended are a lifesaver. Very comfortable and so much less expensive than orthotics.

Very kind caring staff and doctor is compassionate and funny. Keepers 😊 I always leave knowing I'm getting the best care for my feet.

They are friendly and accommodating to me

Dr Grimes is amazing physician and recently fixed my toe. Hurt like heck when he did the small procedure on my second toe (hammer toe) but I survived it. He told me it would hurt. He was telling the truth. Dr Grimes has much empathy for his patients and he is a gentleman.

Dr. Grimes is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He has helped me with my pain and would highly recommend him.

Dr Adams and his medical assistants provided a prompt diagnosis along with a treatment and exercise plan. Thanks to all for helping me return to my hiking routine and other activities, the younger front office clerk upon checking out is always polite, caring and genuine. The other front office clerk who handles the check in process needs additional training in the customer service/patient interaction(rude and horrible attitude and delivery)

Dr Grimes is top of the list as a great Doctor, he is always training somebody which I like because he’s a great doctor and he’s passing along his knowledge. And a staff from the receptionist to his nurses, I’ll treat you nice every time we go there so thank you Dr Grimes for what you do.
