Carpet MD have always been our "go to" carpet, rug & upholstery, cleaners since we moved to Hillsboro. Yesterday they sent a very upbeat, bright & competent yoyywoman named Alyssa to clan my Persian Rugs and one Chinese Aubusson rug, plus an outdoor patio rug I held out little hope for; but she tackled them all and did a fantastic job on each one of them!

Carpet MD has been our “Go To” Carpet care place for many years. They are simply the most experienced, meticulous, efficient carpet cleaners around. You might be able to get it cheaper elsewhere, but you’ll NEVER get it cleaner than these folks do it.

Averi (the technician) is a really hard and effective worker, doing a fantastic job at our place! Our carpets look awesome, even the toughest stains were well taken care of, it’s amazing!

I scheduled carpet cleaning for early morning. The technician Averi called ahead and came right on time. I pointed out problem areas and Averi went to work. Alyssa did meticulous work when cleaning my couch and chair. I have big dogs but most evidence of them is gone from the furniture. The pieces cleaned up better than I could have expected. Thank you!

I was devastated to learn that someone had dumped a 1/2 cup of liquid melt wax on my carpet and did not tell me. Once I found it, I called several carpet repair places and was told the only way to fix it was to cut out the carpet that was affected and replace it with carpet from a closet floor. I hired Carpet MD who sent Chris to do the work. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the result. What is exemplary is that Chris looked at the whole picture of the situation. He very thoughtfully suggested that he try something else before cutting. Oh my gosh! He removed almost all of the wax and the carpet looks as if it never had any wax on it! So cutting was not necessary.
In addition he removed the wax that had splashed in the end of my couch. He and Evan, his apprentice, were friendly, and respectful during the whole process. The cost of the service was quite...

Very professional and efficient

Chris and his helper did an awesome job cleaning our carpet! He patched an area that my pets had ruined and you can’t even tell there’s a seam there! He was very informative and thorough. I even scheduled my tile to be cleaned later this month. I’ve used Carpet MD in the past for duct cleaning as well. I highly recommended them!
