Chris was great! He called when he was about 20 minutes away and arrived right on time. He was very thorough in his cleaning and had good suggestions on how to dry the carpet completely. I would definitely recommend MD Carpets.

Excellent job .Will definitely use again

This was my second interaction with Alyssa and I once again found her to be prompt, courteous, and professional. She did a great job helping us get a few more years out of the carpet in one of our rentals and offered some great suggestions for a couple areas that need some TLC. Last time she was onsite she mentioned that she was relatively new to the company and I was her first “solo” job. I passed her with flying colors then and would do so again. Hopefully she will have a long relationship with Carpet MD!
