Courteous, reasonable, professional!

We had water damage in a bedroom, and Carpet MD was the only carpet cleaning company who could both clean the carpet and replace the damaged pad (I bought pad myself at Home Depot). I think there was one other company I called that said the job was too small for them. The Carpet MD team did a great job--they were enthusiastic and I really appreciated their positive attitude. When I called about a furniture stain that was still noticeable after the carpet dried, Chris came right out to take a look at it. It was great working with them and I recommend them highly!

I had the air ducts cleaned by Daniel and Justin. They explained the process and then got to work. They were very respectful of my home and did a really good job. I have noticed less dust in my home since having the ducts cleaned.

The tech, Chris, did a great job. There were a few stains that were unremovable but that wasn't his fault. Also, our carpet stretched during the cleaning and a bunch of wrinkles were created. We called the office right away and they advised us that the type of carpet we have rebounds when drying...sure enough!!! The house looks amazing!! Thanks, Carpet MD! Will continue to use you anytime we need carpets cleaned!

I've had Carpet MD clean my carpets twice and they've exceeded my expectations both times. The office staff was prompt, courteous, and answered all my questions completely. Chris arrived right on time, worked swiftly and efficiently, and did a great job. It seems like he really enjoys what he does and has a great deal of pride in his work.

We had air ducts cleaned. Very neat, professional and careful. Would hire again. A special price from Angie's List helped keep the price down.

I highly recommend Carpet MD. Impressively professional at every moment. The carpet and furniture turned out great and they re-stretched my carpet in multiple places without completely emptying the rooms. Very happy customer. Will use them again and again. Not the cheapest alternative, but I think with this service you get what you pay for.
