The tech, Daniel, was on time, courteous, and did a great job. He walked me through the house to make sure I was happy with the job after done and had spent extra effort on some of the tougher spots. The carpet had many tough spots on it, but looks new again and dried in about 1 day.
I thought price was very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend.

We had a leak in our basement, which soaked two of my tenant's rugs. I called Carpet MD, and they immediately rearranged their schedule so they could come out the very same day, since they said it was better to get the rugs cleaned and dried sooner, rather than later. Best carpet cleaning experience ever! Everyone at Carpet MD is very courteous, professional and thorough. The technicians explained everything to us before they started. Our carpet is over 20 years old but we can't replace it right now. A few months ago we moved our bed to the other side of the room which revealed a darker area around where it had been. The Carpet MD technicians accurately explained what they could get out and what was most likely permanent due to wear, not dirt. When they were finished, the carpet looked MUCH cleaner and brighter overall and the darker area around where the bed used to be was so much lighter, it's nearly indistinguishable. They also re-stretched the carpet in one room that another carpet person said couldn't be done without removing ALL the furniture from the room, which we would have to do ourselves.
