I had a horrible time with a burst pipe that sent dirty water into my basement and my heat vents. I called Carpet MD with my tale of woe (had to stay in a hotel with disabled child until we could turn the heat on). They came to my rescue the same day to clean the ducts, and we were able to come home. Can't thank them enough for their fast and efficient service!

They did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet! I was surprised to see the stains completely disappeared! They got to our urgent situation the same day which was much appreciated.

The gentleman did the job exactly like they said they would. All the furniture was moved and put back. I left and came back when they called me and said they were done. Work was beautiful, stains were gone I would use them again any time.

Terrific service and follow up. I had carpets cleaned in two condos in a high rise in downtown Portland. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great job on the carpets. They look amazing! I had a big stain from my dog which is totally gone. The deodorizer they use kills the odor bit doesn’t have an overpowering scent which I appreciate. He was efficient and friendly as well. I will definitely be using them again.
