Had a great experience with Carpet MD. Needed some carpeting stretched and Chris came by, explained everything thoroughly, and gave a fair quote. He came back and did a great job, explaining everything. He is friendly and works quickly. Christy, who helped me make the appointment, was great as well. Friendly and communicative.

On time, did a nice job, our carpet was dirty lots of spots from the dog and other spills. We have used Carpet MD several times always with good results.

Chris was a very efficient, professional and friendly person. I had three area's that needed re-stretching, one area was challenging but he did an outstanding job fixing the area. I also had Chris clean the carpets, they look awesome and smell fantastic. I am extremely happy with the results of the carpet repair and cleaning. Very pleased with Carpet MD’s service and professionalism. We had an area rug that had cat pee stains and a bedroom carpet cleaned. Our service tech, John, was on time and discussed the issues around cleaning the cat stains. He provided the total cost before beginning. He did a great job!

I called Carpet MD and spoke to a very nice lady in the office ( I don’t remember her name). I let her know that I was listing my house for sale and needed the carpets done before our photographer was coming out ( I only had 2 days to get it done). She was able to get the owner Chris out to my house the next morning to give me a quote ( they don’t quote over the phone ). Chris showed up on time and was super nice. He walked through the entire house and measured out each area of carpet. This made me feel that I was going to get an honest quote because people in the past would look st a house and quote me but Chris took the time to measure. He told me about his guarantees and other options available if I felt I needed them. I told him that I had one day to get this done and he was able to get one of his best techs out ( John ) to my house the next morning. They gave me an hour...

Carpet MD was great to work with. They arrived on time and did a good job cleaning carpet in 4 rooms. They even got out difficult coffee and red wine stains. We will use them again!

I emailed for a quote right before the holidays. I received a call right away, was given a detailed overview of the process and was able to book an appointment right away. I contacted multiple carpet cleaning companies to get quotes and information from and Carpet MD called me back almost immediately. They were professional, friendly, scheduled quickly (I was able to get scheduled within a couple days, not weeks out) and Chris (technician) showed up on time, worked efficiently, and provided great customer service when we had confusion on the quote (our living room is larger than average so it ended up costing a little more than the quote but Chris called the owner, and the owner worked a compromise with us--both handled very well). The carpets look great, we had some stains in our dining room that came out and haven't resurfaced. Carpets dried fast. Carpet MD was great, we will use them again, recommend them!

I have used Carpet MD many times on my rental homes and my personal homes. He always makes every effort to make the appointment work for me even if it makes it tight for his schedule. Customer service is as high of a standard as the quality of his cleaning. I never thought he would get a red marker/make up stain out of my daughter's light colored carpet but when he was done you could never even tell it was there. Best I've used!
