John did an amazing job on my carpets. Very personable and friendly. Quick and thurough. I am in the maintenance plan. Makes it easy for for my every 6 month cleanings.

I first called after finding them online to repair some damaged spots my dog caused. Carpet MD were able to schedule someone to come out to do a quote within a day of my call. The price was great for what I needed and they even took care of a patch on the spot with the quote. I called a while later to schedule the actual repair and they were able to get someone out to my house within 2 days which is awesome. The gentleman, Chris, came out and got straight to work. He crushed it and made the repairs look amazing. I highly recommend Carpet MD for carpet repairs and cleaning services.

Our technician Chris was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy. The office gave us a reminder call and a followup call. Most importantly our area rugs look great!

Great cleaning, great service, great price. I have had Carpet MD clean twice. They have done an amazing job with some tough animal stains. Carpets look brand new. The technicians are very good and the scheduler is very nice to work with.

Excellent service, John was very professional and did an amazing job at cleaning the carpets. Make sure and pay the extra money for the Scotch Guard treatment, your carpets stay clean longer, since it repeals dirt and stains, I skipped on it the last time and regretted it very much. I’m a very happy customer. 😃

This was the third time using Carpet MD. They are always our go to because they always do such a great job and have reasonable rates. I am always satisfied with the job afterwards and have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. This time around Josh cleaned our 3,000 sq ft house which was mostly carpet. Even though it was just him the work got done in a timely manner and efficiently. He was able to get a black stain out of our carpet even! He was very friendly and patient as I was running a few minutes late to let him in. I would recommend this company to anyone and plan to continue to use them in the future.
