I just went downstairs to check again on the rugs that John and Exie cleaned. They did a great job, in spite of the stains that were on the bedroom rug. They also removed a big stain from a small room next to the bedroom, that was filled with "stuff". They were both also very respectful and friendly. I'm hoping to have them both back the next time I have the upstairs rugs cleaned.

Awesome! The Technician called and offered to come early. The expectation for a 15 year old carpet with stains and a heavy traffic area was low. But the process was great. Had my ducts cleaned after our remodel. I went with Carpet MD again because they did my carpets and vents about a year and a half ago when we moved in. I was so impressed then and I am still impressed now. I know they are not a fly by night company like other that we get flyers for. I trust them and will use them again in the future. John was great, polite and professional. 👏

Carpet MD (John) was prompt & accommodating on some changes I decided to make from the original quote. John walked through the house with me so I could show him the areas that I wanted carpets cleaned. He was personable, professional & thorough. Carpets look great & also had him clean a upholstery bench in our kitchen! I would highly recommend Carpet MD!

Had the carpet MD to my home. Very professional and on time. Cleaned our sectional and it was almost unbearable to sit on in the kids room. Also had a room carpet restretch and it looks perfect. This is a complete carpet care service. Ask for John and you wo t ne disappointed.

John was very careful and paid attention to details. He offered options for handling difficult stains. The carpet looked great after he finished. I would use Carpet MD again.

I am extremely pleased with Carpet MD! From my first phone call to schedule an estimate, to the cleaning they have been professional, honest and very helpful. Chris did a wonderful job of explaining the steps they could take to treat some pet damage we had on our carpets. I never felt pressured into doing something that wasn't necessary. On the day of cleaning, John was very professional and courteous, and quite funny! He did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets, and the pet odors have disappeared! We will definitely recommend Carpet MD and use them again in the future!

John did a great job on our carpets, but what really impressed me was the tile grout. Before John came some of the grout was almost grey instead of Ivory. What an improvement after it was cleaned!

I made an appointment with carpet MD they were very friendly and professional. When the person arrived to clean the carpets Chris was so nice and very professional. He explained every aspect to me and got started promptly! He was such s great customer service person and his work on the carpets were outstanding he got it so clean!! I will use this company again. It has been a battle to find a great carpet company the wait for carpet MD was so well worth it. I will use them in the future no doubt!

I have hired Carpet MD to clean carpets and upholstery many times. They do a great job. The office staff communicate well, the cleaners work diligently and have great support when they have cleaning questions. I am always pleased to see my carpets look fresh and newer after Carpet MD cleans them.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly, staff was friendly, and the tech who did the coaching was friendly and did a great job Also advised me on what wouldn't be worth spending extra money or even though he works on a commission Very happy with them and will use them again

I have been a customer for several years. I own and operate an adult foster care. Needless to say we need our carpets cleaned on the regular. Carpet MD is the BEST!!! They are meticulous. They have great employees who are always friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to help you with whatever problem that you have. I just want to put a shout out there to Chris the owner. Right before Fourth of July we had a flood in our hallway and Chris came out assessed what needed to be done and got it done for us. He went above and beyond to help us solve our carpet issues. They do an excellent job on carpet cleaning worth every penny and I highly recommend them.

Daniel and partner came to clean stairs in our building. Carpet MD has cleaned our building in the past and Daniel was present at that time as well.

6/24/19: As usual, Carpet MD to the rescue!!! Stripped and sealed the bathroom floors in our office building. Looks great!!!! Carpet MD are the people to call for any of your flooring needs. These people know what they are doing. And everyone from the office staff the technicians are as nice as can be, very knowledgeable and the whole process is very cost effective to the maintenance of the our building. They are a permanent part of our operations manual!!!!...

He went over every room with me to discuss any spots, the square footage and how they would be cleaned. My carpets look like brand new. Best job ever.
