Thought it was crazy anyone could have as good of reviews as carpet MD does, but thought I would give them a try. I can totally see why they do now. Super professional and nice guys. Owner was training a new person and was extremely detailed. You could tell the new person has been trained well and cared as much as the owner. I used Stanley Steamer before but they are hit and miss on the tech who comes out on how well of a job gets done. Carpet MD was slightly more expensive, but worth the extra cost. They explained everything, pre treated everything, used corner guards to protect the walls and carpet was left as dry as it could be for being steam cleaned. I loved the fact they also did not try and up sell all kinds of things. Infact, they didn’t try and up sell a single thing. Will definitely use them again and refer anyone who asks.

We have been using Carpet MD for years now and have no interest in any other carpet cleaners. Chris and his team are not only dedicated professionals that perform quality work, they are also good humans. We are enrolled in their "Stay Beautiful" program where we pay a reasonable monthly amount and they show up twice per year to keep our carpets looking great, so it's easy on the budget. We will be lifetime customers!

Excellent experience. This was my third time using Carpet MD. Happy to see the technician, Chris, again. Very personable, while professional. Went over my plan for cleaning. He shared how best to treat pet accidents with cleaners utilizing enzymes. Bought a bottle of their new cleaner. Felt no pressure to buy. Chris treated our home with care and respect. He was in and out within an hour or so. No mess. We will continue to use Carpet MD. They even call the next day to make sure you were happy with their services. Thank you!
