Got cancelled by the previous guy and call this company. Luckily I got a same day appointment! So grateful because I plan to move into the new house in two days.

I have used carpet md for years. They are friendly, professional, and do a great job. They are also always on time, or call promptly if there might be any delays I also appreciate that they check on any carpet concerns before starting, and then walk thru with me to make sure okay before leaving. All in all they are just really nice people.

Our service tech, Mitch, was professional and courteous. He did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. All the evidence that the previous homeowner had a dog was completely erased! Thank you, Carpet MD.

I called to get my carpet cleaned and got an appointment the next business day. I was so surprised and happy. My area rug, that sits in my living room by the front door, looks new again. My hallway and bedrooms look great too. The gentleman that came out to clean was very professional and pleasant. I have two small boys that he interacted with beautifully. I will definitely be using their service every year from here out.

We had some Airbnb guests in our home for two months, who spilled coffee and soy sauce spectacularly across the living room floor and from dining table down the wall and to the front door. Not to mention coke on the bedroom floor. Chris came with all his equipment up the back stairs with a big smile and cheerful optimism. He spent a lot of time working on these stains - the soy and coke are completely gone and he even got rid of a huge long standing stain another company couldn’t get rid of. I’m so grateful. Mitch was very thorough with his explanation of the process and products that would be used. He wore a mask at all times and was respectful of our home and animals.
He offered great advice to help avoid these pet issues in the future, but should anything else come up I will definitely be using Carpet MD again.

From the time I made the initial phone call to the time that Carpet MD walked out the door the experience was just NICE. Very 'the customer comes first' oriented, and strived to provide a quality service thru out. My carpets were cleaned as requested, and even cleaned a chair that had not been in the original quote. A last minute request. I would refer Carpet MD to anyone.

I love CarpetMD because Chris took the time to go over each step and answered every one of my many questions in the cleaning of my upholstery. Was so happy w/the service, I got a quote to have my carpet cleaned as well. Fair pricing!

Mitch was amazing! We had recently got our carpets cleaned from another company and they did a terrible job. I called Carpet MD to come out and hopefully fix the poor job I got from the other place. Mitch really to his time cleaning and disinfecting my carpets, I’m so happy with my experience. I will only call them from here on out.
