It had been some time since I had my carpets cleaned. I did some research and came across Carpet MD. The reviews and their guarantee was a deciding factor to give them a try and I was not disappointed. Vanilla colored carpets are difficult enough to keep clean especially with an indoor/outdoor feline and a lapse on cleaning them due to the pandemic. In addition, my hall carpet needed to be stretched. Chris was punctual, courteous and took the time to explain to my satisfaction what he would be doing and how the process worked. When he completed the project my carpet looked great! Even the stains that never came out with past carpet cleaners were greatly diminished and the area that required stretching was smooth again. He gave me a bottle of the stain remover they use and told me as a customer they will keep me supplied whenever I run out at no cost! I scheduled him to come...

We were very pleased with the service we received...timely, efficient and thorough. In addition, extra steps were taken, like putting some furniture on styrofoam blocks. Very pleased with the service twice now. They called ahead and checked if the could come early, and then stayed a bit late to let the fans run longer since we had an open house the next day. Very grateful for their genuine positivity and professionalism. Gave me great advice about what kinds of spot remover to avoid in order to protect my carpet even longer. Carpet MD will always have my business in the Hillsboro area.

Arrived early, went through estimate, did a professional job, very courteous and good about answering questions. Chris went out of his way and even cleaned a spot on our RV carpet. The house carpet looks great and I would recommend Carpet MD to anyone wanting a professional job done.

These guys are the best. They were able to get out a stain that other carpet cleaners had not been able to remove. They are quick and cost efficient. I would hire them again and again. They also gave me some great carpet cleaning solution that they distribute privately.

My daughter called a different company and Carpet MD had to come in and remove stains that came back because they weren’t cleaned properly. This is the second time Carpet MD has gotten stains out that others couldn’t. They were polite, professional and the office called afterward to make sure I was happy.
