Robert did an amazing job. He cleaned our stairs walk through, master bedroom, area rug and sectional couch. Robert was friendly, informative, extremely knowledgeable and Shared with us important info regarding the cleaning process etc. i really enjoyed how robert had answers to all my questions i knew right away by his answers and knowledge that i was in good hands. Definitely recomend!

Chris did a great job on my carpet. He had to stretch my carpet and it looked brand new when he finished. Carpet feels clean underfoot and smells fresh. Dried very quickly. Will recommend Carpet MD to anyone who needs carpet care!

They did an amazing job on our carpets. They went above and beyond cleaning stains I thought would never come out. They also did a great job on our air ducts. It's amazing what was in there!

My dogs chewed up colored printer cartridges on my year old wall to wall carpet. 😱 Chris did a great job getting these stains out and cleaned my carpets as well. I also had some pet urine odor in some area rugs that no longer smell thanks to him. I am going to have him back to clean my dryer vents ASAP. Reasonable price. Friendly.

Today a workman spilled a mocha on my white carpet. I’ve used Carpet MD several times so I called Christy and told her what happened. She had her guys there within 3 hours and they cleaned up the mess. I really appreciate that she moved things around so her guys could help me. This is what a neighborhood business is all about.

Chris, the tech, was great! Very engaging, explaining all aspects of your process and the expectations of the cleaning outcome. The carpet had never been cleaned and the animal stains, although I tried to clean them at the time, were still evident. When he was done I was absolutely amazed and this morning it is still amazing. No stains have returned as he said was a possibility. Great job, thank you 🙏
