Carpet MD has been the only carpet cleaners I've called since moving into this house (2006). They're the best in my opinion.

They were very professional and very helpful. I was able to get an estimate early in the day so I could go off and do what I needed to do. Very polite and very thorough

I called on a Sunday they where closed for the weekend but I got a txt back from Chris ASAP he hooked me up on a Monday next day after business he said he had a guy lives in Newberg he came out after work and still did the job and very respectful and good person thank you Robert

I’ll begin by saying I would use Carpet MD again! The technician kept me well informed as to when he would arrive and once he was here, he was extremely professional in looking at the size of the job and giving me the options on some questions I had. He began his work within 15 min of arrival and when he was finished, our carpets looked great. Carpet MD ought to be proud to have an employee such as the one that came to our home. Very satisfied!

Great upfront conversation describing their process, equipment and pricing. Detailed estimate based on square footage came close to phone quote and original (lower) quote was honored. Liked the fact that they pre-vacuum and also move furniture. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, low-pressure on additional services and did a wonderful thorough job. Good communication….they kept in touch, showed up on time,went over all that I needed done and answered all my questions and had a few of their own! They were respectful of our home and even provided booties for us to use until the carpeting was dry enough to walk on. No surprises, no up sell…..all in all I am very happy with the end result.
