Very easy and fast experience from start to finish! The call to schedule our cleaning for all carpets in our home was met with prompt willingness to fit us into their schedule on our desired date and time frame. In addition, I was given clear instructions in preparing for the cleaning and then instructions for how to care for the carpet afterwards. And last, I was given both a personalized text follow-up on Monday (from my Friday cleaning) and then a personal phone call as well asking for more details to be sure they were answering my question correctly. Overall, great experience, thank you Christopher the owner, Chris our carpet specialist, and Carpet MD!
