Robert was great! Communicated well and before the appointment to let me know that he was on his way. The microfiber sectional couch was the most noticeable improvement in my opinion. It had been exposed to "life"(pets and kids) and looked brand new after he cleaned it. If your furniture or carpets are under the weather, call Dr. Robert and have him breathe new life into it through Carpet MD. Also, don't forget to tip your service people. They break their backs hauling equipment and revitalizing your home or office. It's a service, so when it's good one, your tip(or lack thereof) reflects that! Chris cut and tucked my carpet around two custom door thresholds. His work was perfect! He is extremely professional and friendly and honest.
