Robert was assigned to come and do the work and he was kind and friendly and did the needed work in a timely manner. He left my carpets clean fluff out the areas that are under constant walking on. These folks did a great job. The tech, Rob, was really kind and easy to talk to, showed up on time and had great communication! He navigated the complicated situation easily and gave me that sense of “don’t worry— I’ve got this.” Would trust this company any time, and they got the carpets and upholstery practically sparkling!

It was easy to set up the appointment with Chris, and he called to confirm with me two days beforehand. Robert, the cleaning tech, called me a half-hour early to say he was coming, then showed up on time. The rest of the appointment went just as smoothly, and I've already scheduled them to return for hardwood-floor cleaning and sealing.
