Robert was friendly and patient as I was still working to get things out of the way when he arrived. I had my two young grandsons with me. He offered to help move anything I might need help with. I am a very happy new customer with Carpet MD. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and have been happy but Carpet MD was exceptional. Chris Brevig arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. I am so happy with them that I will be calling to have my living room furniture cleaned by them. Chris did give me a quote for the furniture which I found to be very reasonable compared to other quotes that I have received. Will recommend this company to others.

Communication was great from beginning to end. Robert showed up early within the time window I was given and did a fantastic job. Our carpets had some stains and major wear, but he worked some magic and brought life back to old carpets!

Carpet MD has cleaned my carpets three times over the past 18 months, and done an excellent job every time. I really love their steam-cleaning method, and the carpets dry very quickly afterwards. And their staff, both office and on-site, are uniformly super nice, respectful, and truly helpful. I highly recommend them!
Most recently, Gavin and Joe did an AMAZING job on my carpets, which had a dozen deep week-old blood stains in addition to multiple dog barf spots. I was not expecting miracles with the blood stains, because I had already worked on them myself for almost two hours with several chemicals to little effect. So I was astonished that Joe and Gavin managed to get all the blood out and the even older dog stains as well. And they left me a free courtesy bottle of approved spot cleaner, which I got to use an hour after they left when the dog threw up on the freshly washed...

David called ahead, showed up on time. Was neatly dressed and courteous. Fast but thorough and efficient. Explained everything he was doing. Could not ask for more.

Robert did a great job patching a piece of carpet. We had some cabinets installed and the carpet was rolled back to install. We needed the carpet stretched to fit

Excellent job. We had an appointment August 3 at 8:30. Robert, the tech, called ahead to let us know he would be to the clinic in 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable and confident in his skill.
