Robert is absolutely wonderful. It's been so difficult for Mike and me to clean our carpets since we've gotten older, (Grrrr. Old sucks?). He was so kind and helpful in moving the few pieces of furniture out of his way. (Loved the gliders and "furniture jack."). He made it so easy.

We used to clean our carpets on our own, so we know how exactly hard he worked -- and could definitely see what a thorough job he did. The repairs he made our bathroom area make the carpet look like new. (After 24 years,)

You have a great employee with Robert. He knows -- and practices good customer service. He gave us much more than we expected. He was so kind, happy to help us --and definitely loves his job. Unfortunately my experience was awful.
I have used this company for many years so I was very disappointed.
The carpet cleaner was here for less than an hour. Missing spots and rushing. There was a $200.00 Price increase with no warning.

The original quote was less than what I was actually charged. The over all price was close to $400.00. I was sick about it when they left. That’s way to much for little amount of carpet area I have in my home.

David with carpet MD just cleaned our carpets. He did a great job, he is knowledgeable and informative about the whole process, totally professional. I would highly recommend them to clean your carpets.
