They texted me the day before to confirm the time frames. The next day the tech actually called to tell me he would arrive in 30 minutes. So often they are supposed to call but they just show up with no call.

I absolutely love the owner Chris. He is so nice and very knowledgeable. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a carpet cleaning service. No crazy high price sales tactics like I've had in the past. Great price. He was able to completely remove most pet stains I thought would be impossible to get out. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them again myself.

Called Chris for the 3rd time. He sent Robert who did a great and was very nice. Worked hard on a couple stains that look much better now. Would definitely use Carpet MD again. Always a great experience.
