Bradd with Capital City Power Washing LLC does an amazing job with snow removal! He has been clearing my front sidewalks and driveway for 3 seasons now, and he is always on top of it and does a quality job (even clearing out in front of our mailbox on the street)!

Bradd keeps me informed of special situations (e.g. asking if I need salt) and is very responsive any times I have questions or need additional help.

The price was reasonable and in line with other estimates, but they went beyond washing siding and washed the deck, too! The house looks so much brighter and cleaner; I’ll probably make house washing by Capital Power Wash an annual thing.

Bradd and his crew at Capital City Power Washing, LLC recently completed a project for me and they did excellent work! It was a large outdoor patio at a commercial building. Half of the patio was concrete and the other half was composite decking. They did a great job on both surfaces. They also cleaned the vinyl railings and spindles, concrete benches and table, and a couple of plastic storage containers. They were punctual and courteous. I would definitely hire Capital City Power Washing again!

I randomly ran into Bradd in his truck near my house; after a quick chat, he was willing to stop by later that day to provide an estimate. Scheduling the appointment for the cleaning was trivially easy, and on the day of the appointment he and his crew even managed to get to my house earlier than anticipated. The cleaning went above and beyond what I expected -- he even blew out my screened-in porch to knock the dust and grime off the screens into the yard instead of onto the porch, and I had expected him to simply avoid the porch altogether. When he was done, the house looked a hundred times better than it did before. I'll definitely be calling Bradd again in about two years to get the house cleaned again.

The work done by Capital City was excellent! My yellow house looked new without the algae. I also had the windows done which were done perfectly. Upon leaving I asked for another small area of siding to be done which wasn’t in the original plan. They stayed and completed my request with all the time and care afforded to the rest of the house. I would highly recommend Capital City Power Washing to clean your siding. I found the company to be very competitive and was pleased with not only service but price.
