I will never again exhaust myself power washing my home and drivewa. I got smart and hired Capital City Power Washing to do a professional job. OMG, it was so worth the price! I did not exhaust myself or do my usual crummy job. Capital City did a fantastic, professional and so much better job!! With such better equipment than I could muster. It was well worth the price!!! Bradd was great from the start! Not only was he super personable during the initial inquiry phase, but he went out of his way to ensure our work could get done on the timeline we needed and that the work was done well and at a very reasonable price! Bradd and Guage carved time out of their weekend to make our home look brand new again for us to be able to list our house on the market on our desired timeline. They did a fantastic job on the driveway, retaining wall, the house, and the detached garage, and if you don't believe me, just look at the pictures! Not only did they do amazing work with the power washing, but they even went above and beyond by helping us take care of the overgrown weeds around the property. I would highly recommend Capital City Power Washing!

I highly recommend Bradd from Capital City Power Washing! Not only did he and his team do a fantastic job power-washing my house and garage, Bradd responded quickly to my request for an estimate by stopping over that same day to look at my house and give me a price. He was also able to get me on his schedule soon after that. While washing my house, I discovered a leak in my basement so I had to ask Bradd to stop his work and come back another day (after I could get a plumber to fix the leak). A few days later, the leak was fixed and Bradd squeezed me into his schedule so that he could finish my house. Bradd is also friendly, energetic, and truly cares about doing excellent work. Definitely call Bradd if you need your house washed!

I saw CCPW trucks out and about during work one day and decided to request a quote using their website. After completing the online form, Bradd got back to me immediately with a more than fair price quote to soft wash our home. The service was scheduled within a week and Bradd provided clear communication prior to the date.

When I left for work that day I took a few pictures to compare before and after. When I arrived home that afternoon it looked like a brand new home - the structure was the same, but it looked as though someone had redid the entire exterior. Bradd and his crew went the extra lengths and hit all of the gutters and fascia trim and made it sparkle like it was new. They even took the time to rinse the windows afterwards and cleaned our mailbox before departing.

Highly recommend! The house looks so clean and new. We've been here 12 years, and I don't know if the house ever got power washed before. It looks like a new house, areas we thought were stains now gone. The suffit and gutters look new. Super impressed! They even moved house plants out of the way and items I forgot to move.
