When we were looking for a power washing company, we ran up against a lot of confusion online - getting referred through central request services and the like. When we called Capitol City Power Washing, we were calling a person. Brand answered right away, sent us scheduling options promptly, and had us on the calendar within two weeks. He did an extremely thorough job, including adding cleaning to a retaining wall for free because it was not in our initial quote but he felt it should be done to really complete the job. We live in a very wooded area in and have white siding - Brand and his team got rid of all traces of residue and brought our house back to a crisp, bright appearance. I went with Capital City Power Washing for our first full house wash, and I'm still a little stunned at what a difference it made (cleaning and pure water wash on white vinyl siding). The windows look great, too, but the house's overall appearance is SO much better - my neighbors called me over the next day to marvel over how good the north-facing wall and trellis looked (see before & after photo) and ask which company we'd used.

Bradd and his crewmate were professional and personable, respectful of the property, and even came back the next day to wash the windows with screens that I wasn't able to remove, bringing a more powerful washer to get the job done right. I would absolutely recommend this company, which as a bonus is a local small company in Fitchburg, and I'll contact them again when our roof and concrete need cleaned next year. Capital City Power Washing did a fantastic job on washing the exterior of my house. My newly-built home was full of construction dirt and hard water haze from sprinklers. The siding was expertly and carefully sprayed and brushed, and the windows were washed free of water spots and dirt. My porch screens looked so much better after the cleaning!
