Hands down ... the best power washing job ever! Not only does my siding look great, my windows do, too. Bradd used a spot-free rinse on the windows and they look better than the work a professional window cleaning company did.

Thanks to Bradd and his teammate, my house never being washed outside since it was built in early 2000s becomes shiny again under bright sunny day. After being told that I need to initiate several video conference calls from my home office, Bradd kept the noise and disturbance to the minimum. Capital City Power Washing arrived on time. The crew power washed the basketball court and back patio - removing the California wild fire soot that had accumulated for over 4 years. The crew also did an excellent job on power washing the house, especially the North side. The crew was very efficient - 3 hours for the basketball court, back patio, and 1800 square foot house. We chose Capital City Power Washing based on the quoted price AND the personal communications with Bradd - the owner.
