All I can say is WOW! I purchased a building and the awnings looked horrible! I planned on replacing them when a friend told me about Capital City Power Washing. The owner came out to look at my awnings right away and he said he could get them clean. I was not as optimistic as him because they were terrible! Immediately after he cleaned them he sent me before and after pictures I couldn’t believe it they looked BRAND NEW!!! They saved me a ton of money not having to buy new awnings! They cleaned the siding of our house and the screened-in porch and deck. They even rinsed off the driveway for free because it was covered in the remnants of mulch from a delivery the week prior.
