Bradd and his crew at Capital City Power Washing, LLC recently completed a project for me and they did excellent work! It was a large outdoor patio at a commercial building. Half of the patio was concrete and the other half was composite decking. They did a great job on both surfaces. They also cleaned the vinyl railings and spindles, concrete benches and table, and a couple of plastic storage containers. They were punctual and courteous. I randomly ran into Bradd in his truck near my house; after a quick chat, he was willing to stop by later that day to provide an estimate. Scheduling the appointment for the cleaning was trivially easy, and on the day of the appointment he and his crew even managed to get to my house earlier than anticipated. The cleaning went above and beyond what I expected -- he even blew out my screened-in porch to knock the dust and grime off the screens into the yard instead of onto the porch, and I had expected him to simply avoid the porch altogether. When he was done, the house looked a hundred times better than it did before. I'll definitely be calling Bradd again in about two years to get the house cleaned again. Read more >

They kindly rescheduled with us after having to deal with very low water pressure from our spigot that only allowed them to complete the power wash on one side of our house. Our plumber fixed the spigot and CPW came back the same week and did an excellent job completing the power wash. They even touched up the the first side of the house they had a done a few days prior!
