What a wonderful experience! We are new to Oregon and our condo had not been taken care of. The exterior was extremely dirty with a lot of stains, spider webs, and other detritus. When I saw stellar reviews about Capital City Power Washing, I had to get a quote. Bradd came over the next day and explained how they power wash houses. I didn't have to get any other quotes; I knew they were the company I wanted. He kept in contact and on a beautiful Saturday, he texted that he could do our house that afternoon. Perfect! The house seemed to glow after they were done. I was pleasantly shocked at the difference. I will definitely refer them to others who are interested in making their homes look like new.
