We had a very good experience with Bradd at Cap City Power Washing, LLC. Quick response time and I was scheduled within the week. Bradd was able to point out many of the things he was going to work on before the job and showed me after his work how great everything looked. First, Bradd is very responsive. Despite being busy and booked up through the end of the season, he was very quick to respond to my inquiries, and because I'm trying to prepare a house for sale, he worked with me to fit us in to his schedule. The exterior of my house is sparkling with none of the damage that power washing sometimes causes. The big surprise to me is my brick patio which was stained and discolored — it now looks brand new!
