Capital City Power Washing did a great job making my house look like new! Bradd was super easy to work with, understood scheduling conflicts, and easy to get ahold of. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their house cleaned.

Brad and Dave of Capital City Power Washing, LLC, did an excellent job cleaning our vinyl siding and cleaning out our gutters. They were professional, friendly, careful and attentive to detail. Brad did an excellent job of communicating during the quote process and before and during the actual job. Brad notified us and proactively rescheduled the work due to snow and an unexpected cold snap. In short, the house looks great, the price was fair and affordable, we will definitely be using Capital City Power Washing again.

I called a few companies to get the cost for the power washing on our 2 story house. I knew immediately when I spoke with Bradd that I would use Capital City. His friendly personality and customer service skills were great! He and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time. We took Bradd’s advice and had them wash our windows with the screens on. I was apprehensive about doing that, but the windows and the siding looked so great when the work was done.
I told him how I appreciated being able to pay for the service online. He said that is what his customers wanted!! He definitely cares about his customers!!

Their crew did a great job cleaning the exterior siding and windows of my house. They were able to remove all of the grime that had built up over the years, leaving the siding looking much better before we list our home for sale. I got several quotes before going with them and they had the most reasonable rates. They were also able to get us on their schedule quickly. Highly recommend.
