We had an excellent experience. I bought a discount cleaning on Groupon for $35 from another company. By the time I got off the phone the price had ballooned to over $200. By this time I was skeptical about carpet cleaners. I searched the web and found Busy Bee. Walter came out an exceeded my expectations. His van and uniform was clean and professional. He was on time and above all the price he quoted was what he charged. There was no trip charge or extra charges for deep cleaning or pre-spray. I will definitely use Busy Bee Carpet Cleaning again.
