Not only was I lucky enough to be fit in for service the day following Thanksgiving, but I have to brag about the tech that came to my home. He was very professional, friendly, and did an exceptional job on my carpets. I hope this review finds someone that is in need of service and you choose them. I am a true customer giving a great review because the job done was great! If I ever need carpet cleaning done again I will definitely use this company. I didn’t celebrate Thanksgiving but very grateful that I found this company. Oh I should add the other companies I looked at not only did not respond to email and phone attempts but the prices were not clearly noted on their site so very glad I found this company and they actually pick up the phone. - Much success and be blessed

Their price was very reasonable and they got me on their schedule quickly. Walter did a great job in getting dog stains and ordor out of my living room carpet. He saved me from having to install new carpet.

A true five star company for professionalism, thoroughness, and friendliness. Have taken pet-soiled, kid-tracked carpets and brought them to life many times so they look brand new. People are always surprised because they know the beforehand story. After almost every visit we even get a personal thank you from the owner.

Walter with Busy Bee carpet cleaning was fantastic. Got a quote over the phone, was able to schedule service within a day of calling, he communicated his arrival and departure, sent before and after pictures and even took the time to set up a fan we had available to help dry out the carpet. This was an extremely dirty carpet that I thought our only option was to replace. Walter did a thorough job and returned the carpet to useable, refreshed state.

Busy Bee always does a great job. I have had them clean furniture and my carpets. I couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and service.

Busy Bee has been out several times about this time to clean the outside furnature cushions and the small area rug in the living room. They are punctual, courteous, respectful and do a fabulous job. If you have the slightest concern they are right here to make you happy. I would refer anybody that needs there services to them. Walter cleaned a large sectional, a chair, and 3 rugs for us this morning and did a FANTASTIC JOB! The chair in my office has been taken over by 2 drooly dogs and it was very dirty…borderline embarrassing. He made it look brand new. He was very polite, punctual, and professional.
