Busy Bee Carpet Cleaning, LLC

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is a veteran owned company, and it shows! From the first phone call until the job was completed I received excellent customer service, they were prompt, extremely responsive, accommodating, friendly, and professional. Matthew did a fabulous job on my two 9X11 area rugs! He was polite, respectful, and punctual! He also went above and beyond in throwing in for free a bedroom that I asked him. I pointed out a couple of small spots and he cleaned the entire room for no additional cost! I would highly recommend and will be using them again for all of my steam cleaning needs!

I have been using these guys for over 5 years and each time they have been great! Thanks for the service!

Walter did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him. Go get your carpets cleaned. Ours really needed it!

The price was great and the results were even better. I had used other, well known, companies before and Busy Bee did a much better job.

Very professional. On time service that includes appointment confirmation the day before. Completely satisfied with Walter, his work, and his prices. Two rooms and two sofas cleaned like brand new.

Very professional and dependable. Always does a great job, and at the best prices around. Will never use another carpet cleaning business.

Walter really did a great job. He showed up on time, and he did the work for the same price he quoted. From my research, this seems to be a rarity in this field. He did a good job, and he was very careful not to damage anything. I referred him to my girlfriend and she loves the service also. I would definitely hire him again.
