We had met with another stager several months earlier who basically told us we had to paint everything beige and empty everything out. Lucy was wonderful and was able to work with much of what we already had and tailored her work to existing colors. We did end up doing some paining but not as much as we thought we would have to. The furniture and artwork they selected made the rooms seem much bigger and vibrant. We didn’t recognize our own house. When the open house was finished we had 17 offers on the house - many of those were several thousand dollars over the asking price. We are totally convinced that this was because of the excellent job Bungalow Home Staging did for us. We just closed 2 weeks ago ( $29,000.00 over original asking price)! We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Lucy, Maryann and the staff of Bungalow! They were fantastic to work with.

From the first phone call to Bungalow Home Staging to the final pick up, the team was excellent. They know their business and are efficient and meticulous in detail. They made everything very easy - they don’t need their hands held at all. They have a great process but also great in their design. I highly recommend them. Our home sold in 2 days.

What can I say but true professionals! Lucy and Marianne were fantastic with the way they came in and transformed my remodeled house that was on the market for three months and pretty much assured me that I would be under contract within 2 to 3 weeks .I had 4 showings the following day with 2 offers and under contract by the following week .besides their magic and attention to detail on what they thought would work .they accommodated me with no questions asked when I needed the furniture out of there due to a quick closing .again such a pleasure to deal with i will definitely be using them again on my next flip.
