We had met with another stager several months earlier who basically told us we had to paint everything beige and empty everything out. Lucy was wonderful and was able to work with much of what we already had and tailored her work to existing colors. We did end up doing some paining but not as much as we thought we would have to. The furniture and artwork they selected made the rooms seem much bigger and vibrant. We didn’t recognize our own house. When the open house was finished we had 17 offers on the house - many of those were several thousand dollars over the asking price. We are totally convinced that this was because of the excellent job Bungalow Home Staging did for us. We just closed 2 weeks ago ( $29,000.00 over original asking price)!
