I’ve been with BRT for the past 3 years and I have no complaints. When I submit a maintenance request, the workers come right away and fix the issues. Management is amazing as well! BRT communicates very well with tenants as well by sending emails and text messages.

Roseann is an amazing leasing worker and is very responsive/helpful with any questions I had. Brt also has a solid maintenance crew for the issues I have on site

This team has wonderful properties and professional service. The new location on Main Street in Danbury is just amazing. I always feel welcomed when I'm there.

We’ve been at BRT property in Brookfield for over 5 years. We came from a house we owned in New Fairfield, and we had never lived in an apartment community before so we did not know what to expect, but the property seemed luxurious to us. At first, we had a hard time adjusting to apartment living because of having expectations that it would be like owning a home, in terms of privacy, community, and what to expect from management.

Over the years, we adjusted and set realistic expectations. There were things we could not control, such as people not picking up after their pets and not putting them on a leash. After a while, we just learned to let those things go, because it’s something that is, I believe, really hard to control in any apartment community.

Best maintenance people ever! I love my apartment, I've been here almost 6 years, and I have no complaints. All the people at BRT are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love that we have a laundry room, dishwasher, and, we're even surrounded by nature!
I'm a single parent, and it was hard to find an apartment. For whatever reason, a lot of places don't like to rent to a single mother. Not BRT. They will work with you. My son and I feel safe here, because we are safe.

We needed a new apartment for my dad in 2017, and he moved into Barnbeck Place in Brookfield. What a positive experience. The apartments are beautiful and in a very convenient location. My father is a challenge, and he has posed some challenges for the BRT team. They have been helpful in so many ABOVE AND BEYOND ways. I'd recommend BRT every day of the week!

I had a very nice stay at Brook view commons. The apartment is awesome but the best thing is management. I broke my lease early but they helped me a lot with the transition.

Got great buildings for rent

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and so has my dog, Starr. The management team run an efficient business and customer service is outstanding. I want to commend Katie Gall for her support and communication while living here. I also want to thank Don for his excellent care-taking of this facility. I don't know how he does it but he keeps the entire Barnbeck looking so pristine. The landscaping crew is wonderful and I have enjoyed looking at the pretty flowers and bushes. We will miss the people and dogs we have met. We leave only because I have been offered a new job in NYC and have to move closer; otherwise, I would not think of leaving.

I lived at Barnbeck Place for 16 months and it was a very pleasant experience. The building is well made and upscale. It was very clean and always quiet. The management was always accomadating and professional. I only left because I purchased a new home. I would rent here again if needed.

I stayed at Barnbeck place, and had a great experience. The staff and my neighbors are friendly. On my floor, it is quiet. I cancelled my lease early because I am relocating closer to work, and Katie was very helpful in helping me in the transition. These apartments offer a great value with their added gym. Snow removal has been good, so no issues from last winter.

I lived in Spring Ridge. It is located in a quiet environment and BRT takes care of maintenance very well. (usually responds within a day upon request). The staff in office are very responsive and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I was contacted by Teresa LaCroce of BRT General Corporation looking for commercial fitness equipment for one of their properties. She expressed how important it was to offer quality equipment to her tenants. She didn't want random machines that no one would use. She wanted it to be inviting, not intimidating, something everyone would take pleasure in using. Teresa was very hands on throughout the planning and selecting of the equipment. It was a pleasure working with someone like Teresa who genuinely cares for the well being of people My self and my company, Pro Gym Supply, look forward to working with Teresa LaCroce and BRT on future projects.

I recently rented an apartment at Barnbek Place in Brookfield Ct.
I could not be happier with my decision to do so. My experience with this company has been exceptional. The staff is truly amazing!
They are quick to get back to you if you should need a maintenance issue taken care of. The grounds are kept immaculate all the time. They keep you updated on any progress being made to the complex.
I could go on and on as to why I'm glad I chose Barnbek Place!

I have to say working with BRT has been a great experience. My wife and I couldn't make up our minds on where we wanted to live and we were running out of time. We had a few weeks to make a decision, and we have dogs as well and most places will not even consider a pet because of someone, somewhere down the line who ruined it for everyone else. This place was not the case. We were upfront with BRT and BRT was very accommodating to us and our little furry companions. This was also the fastest I've ever moved into a place. Like I said we were running out of time and couldn't make up our minds, we applied Friday night and by Monday we were getting ready to move in. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to live, let BRT help you. You will not regret it.

My fiancé and I love living in our complex managed by BRT. They are prompt with maintenance, thorough with property clean-up when snow happens, the parking situation is satisfactory, and the amenities of the apartment are to our liking. They have worked with special accommodations for us with courtesy and care. We are definitely renewing our lease!

I have no issues with BRT management. I have never had a problem with response time to a work order. I am pleased with the work they do. The office staff was very helpful when we wanted to upgrade to a larger apartment. They were informative, patient and fair. We have been renting from BRT for over 10+ years. - Wendy Marshall
