Happy to be accepted into the brt community!! Rosanne got us in quickly and made sure we knew what to have to get ready to apply. I hope to be here for a very long time!! It’s been quiet and nice neighborhood here seems to be good, and respectful for the first few days we have been here.

This is my second time around renting with brt. Never had an issue. Maintenance is always quick to resolve the problem whenever you have an issue. Also very nice apartments. Helpful staff. Thank you :)

In almost 4 years living here, I don’t have any complaints. Maintenance requests made through the app, and problems sent by email, were resolved and responded to very quickly.
