This is my second time around renting with brt. Never had an issue. Maintenance is always quick to resolve the problem whenever you have an issue. Also very nice apartments. Helpful staff. Thank you :)

In almost 4 years living here, I don’t have any complaints. Maintenance requests made through the app, and problems sent by email, were resolved and responded to very quickly.
