I was able to easily schedule appointment online to see several apartment available on site. Leasing agent Roseanne was extremely helpful and showed me 3 apartments, as well as explaining the process which was actually seamless. From selecting the best suited apartment for me, guiding me in the application process to finally meeting with BRT staff at the main office and moving in which was all in all a good way to start. Met some really friendly and good neighbors and living in agreat apartment. Thank you.

The apartments are fantastic - new appliances, great flooring/lighting, modern layout and tall ceilings! The management is responsive and compassionate, and maintenance is really friendly.

Most importantly, they're pet friendly!! I personally love that there's a dog park/wash on site. The gym is updated and spacious inside. There's a club room if you like meeting other people, but I haven't really gone there much. One of my favorite spots is the rooftop - there's a gorgeous view of the city at night.

Rent is fair, in my opinion, based on amenities available. I definitely plan on staying in Danbury for a while!

My husband and I have lived at a BRT property for 8 years and we LOVE it! Recently we have seen changes in the management and maintenance department. Our work orders are being adresses in a timely fashion with excellent quality of work done by Eddie. Even the gardening is noticeably better. I have spoken with Jessica over the phone and her professionalism and kindness was remarkable and impressive.

My mother has been a tenant now for almost 5 years. After my dad died my mom had to move from her home to her first apartment. It’s been a difficult transition but BRT has made it a seamless and caring atmosphere for her to feel at home. Whether it’s maintenance changing a bulb or a friendly neighbor offering assistance Barnbeck has been incredible and well appreciated. I will suggest anyone looking for a place don’t look any further than Barnbeck.
