Brain Balance of Allen & Dallas

We searched many different options to help with our 5 yr old son. We tried a year of occupational therapy and did not see much improvement. We also saw a functional pediatric neurologist and a chiropractor - which was good but wasn’t consistent enough.
Once we did the evaluation at brain balance, we knew it was different. The tailored program was consistent and that’s what we needed - a program that was designed for him and there was an understanding of how often we would meet (and that we would have consistent support). This was a game changer. He progressed wonderfully through the first phase of the program, we saw many changes right away, and continue to see positive changes. There were some rough regressions, but he always came out of them better! His balance and proprioception has gotten much better. His frustration with certain tasks is shorter, and he calms much quicker....

Ronith's progress since joining the program has been outstanding, thanks to the dedicated efforts of Kaitlyn. Under Kaitlyn's guidance, Ronith has shown remarkable improvement in both academics and social skills. Kaitlyn's personalized approach has nurtured Ronith's confidence and love for learning. Through engaging activities and tailored lessons, Ronith has flourished academically. Moreover, Kaitlyn's supportive demeanor has fostered Ronith's social interaction and emotional growth. Overall, Ronith's development in the program, coupled with Kaitlyn's excellent work, is truly commendable.

We have been so happy with our decision to seek out help for our daughter. The staff at BB Allen has greeted us every time in the center by name. My daughter has improved in all the areas of concern. Her confidence has grown & she’s ready to head to middle school next school year. We’re so grateful to the staff for investing in our child.

We had our first phase completed and progressing to phase 2. The place and staffs are amazing. There is a slight increase in my kids Eye contact, concentration and body awareness. Her primitive reflexes moved from high to moderate and we are looking for more improvement in phase2. I wish insurance companies cover some expenses to make this more affordable for everyone.

I have been an Educational Therapist for over 20 years. I have an understanding and training that learning is not all in the mind. It is much broader than that. Successful learning takes place when the body/brain connection becomes synchronized. They must work together, otherwise there is what I call the “Swiss Cheese Effect.” Students exhibit many gaps in their learning abilities, which causes a great deal of frustration in the classroom and at home.

Brain Balance has been an amazing experience to watch my son grow and change with a tailored planned routine for success! And I have seen the changes , he is routine oriented like most kids I imagine & very kind hearted just a little wiggly 😅! I cannot thank Kaitlyn , and all the other coaches enough for giving my son the attention and time he needed to help him realize how to use his mind and body to his advantage.

We hesitated initially, but we are extremely happy that we decided to give Brain Balance a try. Our son started the program while still in high school, and continues there as he deals with the challenges that come with starting college. He couldn't be happier, and we see why. He has progressed through objectives with the help that was expected from their very professional staff. In particular, we see the very positive impact Emily has had on him. Her guidance turned him from going to the sessions because he had to, to going because he is genuinely interested in hearing her recommendations. He looks far more secure of himself in different settings, and we have no doubt it's because of Emily and the rest of the staff.

Brain balance helped our son improve his focus and confidence. We noticed some academic improvements from the beginning as they worked with us hand to hand to achieve our goals. With persistence in exercises, diet changes and routines we have accomplished some of the best breakthroughs not only academically but social skills too.

We've been impressed with the cleanliness and safety of the place since the beginning. The staff is just wonderful. They are always friendly. They always seem delighted when your kid walks in. They act like they volunteer for the job instead of being paid for it. They seem to really care for your child.
My husband and I started the journey with our son at Brain Balance after a lot of prayers and questions being answered. They told us from the bat that it isn't 100% guarantee. We knew it was a big commitment to make. It was a very big commitment, but so worth it. We live an hour away and it was hard. Brain Balance helped us work towards a goal. I love how Brain Balance integrates all the different therapies into one program. The Allen center has been amazing to work with and the staff and coaches really care. We have seen such incredible growth in our child throughout the program. The Brain Balance program gave us a place to turn to with a well thought out organized plan. It has also helped us understand our child better and the challenges he faced as well as giving him encouragement that he could be successful.

The staff at Brain Balance is top notch. They are great community partners and really care about their clients. The passion for what they do is evident. This is a great resource for our local families.

The staff was spectacular and very dedicated individuals 5/5. There are still rooms for improvement on the program's content, effectiveness, student engagement, app usage and the science of habit / routine building. I feel happy with the experience, yet not complete satisfied 3.5/5. Overall, I see great result in my test performance. Program result 4.3/5.

Best decision we ever made!
This is the same team that looked after my son with Asperger Syndrome when they were still in Frisco. My son will be in Senior High this school year and he's been doing really good! He graduated from Brain Balance program 3 years ago and even after that, the Brain Balance team kept in touched. Setting up post assessments to make sure that his progress keeps on going.
As parents, I think we can all agree that every child is unique. So as Brain Balance Center. They have individual programs for children with individual needs.
So to all parents/guardians out there who are struggling with their kiddos, Brain Balance Center is really worth it! Check it out and you wont regret it.

We are so thankful for this program! We worked it diligently for 2 years and the payoff has been incredible for my kids emotionally and academically. My daughter was faster to complete the program because she could tell it was helping her and she was very motivated. My son was/is much harder. But we didn't give up on any of it. The strict diet, screen time rules and at home exercises are ALL critical components to the therapy program. We still need to adhere to the strict diet and very low screen time (which we were already doing some of it before the program) and do ongoing maintenance exercises. Eye tracking is still an issue for both kids but getting better. We are SO very thankful to Babar and his staff. The investment was and is life changing for us.

Working with the Brain Balance team of extraordinary people was a life changing experience for us. I believe the time we spent there changed the trajectory for my son in such a positive direction. They gave me hope and peace when I needed it the most. The independence, training, strategies, and education they gave to my son was so invaluable to him. He still uses what he learned after 3 years post graduation.

We LOVED our time at Brain Balance and saw amazing progress. The entire staff knew our boys by name and were excited to see them each week. After each sesson I could tell that it had been challenging for them. It was hard work, but it was well worth the time, energy, and cost.

My son is 11. He’s had an emotional disturbance due to some sort of trauma. We’ve tried all sorts of avenues for therapy and decided to try Brain Balance. Now although we were not able to finish the program due to family matters. I believe the exercises we did for him in the program has helped him extremely in his core and gave him better coordination as well and hand/foot/ eye coordination. His startle reflex is gonna take some work still as he has knee jerk reactions to noises or things that he feels threatened by or things that upset him. The Brain balance staff worked extremely hard at trying to help him despite his violent outbursts in class. They were very patient and never gave up on him. The staff also helped me with different references for helping him at home. I would do it all over again if we get a chance in the future to try again. Thank you Brain Balance.

Allen Brain Balance Center was a life changing experience for our family. The whole Brain Balance Staff took time to understand the whole picture of our daughter and designed a plan to help her be successful. Through the strategies, exercises, nutrition, and support from the Brain Balance staff we have seen a dramatic difference in her concentration, academic success, and ability to interact with other.
