I absolutely recommend BodyBalance. Back in 2017, I had a 10 ft. fall which caused a lot of issues with daily life. I had just graduated high school and couldn't afford to fix my issues until March of 2020. I expected the recovery to take up to a year or even longer considering how long I have had the injury. Already one month in, and my range of motion in my right arm (which had been compromised since the fall) is a lot better. For anyone who finds BodyBalance online, I would suggest going there because xrays are included in the consult and they can be very beneficial. Also, adjustments are not an arm and a leg either. I'm almost 21 and able to afford these visits even with a part time job as long as I save up. Dr. Allred is also very aware of his clients' needs and you can tell he genuinely cares. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing help. Read more >

I have been having nerve pain in my shoulder and neck for going on 15 years now and Dr. Alled has made the most improvement I have had in that time. I had been having some back pain for a couple years and I finally decided to try. After having a pre Check, he began the adjustments. When he did the first adjustment I could feel 30-40% better. This place was a godsend for me! I have been in pain for years but worse the last year. After trips to another local Chiropractor who would not listen to me and only charged me a lot of money with no relief, I gave up.
a few months later not being able to sit for even short periods of time and having constant burning sensation down my legs, I google this place.

After injuring my back, I was going to another chiropractor. After a couple of visits, my back was feeling worse. When I came to Body Balance Chiropractic, I shared my concerns and apprehensions with the receptionist. She listened and made me feel that she cared about what I had to say. Dr. Allred has been amazing! I went in after a pinched nerve kept coming back, The nerve got to the point i wasn't able to move well. Finally gave and went in and after the first visit i felt so much better and the pain was gone. After a few visits i brought up in passing i had just got diagnosed with a sliding hiatal hernia.
