I'm not one to usually write reviews. But I feel compelled to write one now so that anyone who is looking for help may read my story and feel inspired to try it for themselves. I have not been able to eat Eggs in over 20 years. Every time I did- even the tiniest of bites- I would have a severe reaction getting a 12 hour or more stomachache and would be doubled over with pain. I had an allergy test done and they said that I was not allergic to Eggs but rather just a severe reaction. 12 hrs doubled over - no thank you. So I've spent the last 20 years avoiding eggs, having to ask 'are there eggs in that dish' when we ate out or went to a friends house. Having to make sure that when we did go out for breakfast that they knew I was allergic to ensure they would not use the same spatula or grill where eggs had been cooked before. My experience with Body Balance has been excellent. I went through a the ASA balance treatment for allergies. After only a few weeks of treatments I was off of my allergy pills! I had tried allergy shots for years to no avail and was at my wits end for seasonal allergies. This treatment has been a life saver! It sounds crazy, but it works. I have had good success with Dr. Allred. My lower back pain and symptoms of pinched nerve are greatly improved. I have also had hip and hip flexor pain which is much improved.

I find Dr. Allred to be very professional as well as friendly. He seems to really care about me and my health. Seems that his goal is inline with mine and that would be to get me back doing the things I love and living life pain free without the use of medication or surgery.

I like how Dr. Allred takes a holistic approach combining nutrition, strengthening and stretching exercises, along with adjustments. But he's not pushy on buying nutritional products unless you are interested. When he does adjustments he is very gentle and does a lot of stretching or massage guns to relax the muscles and allow for the adjustment.

I have been going to Dr. Alred for a long time and he is just magic. He is very professional, greets all his patients by name and builds a rapport with all his patients. Also, it is very helpful that he has all natural supplements that help treat each individual’s conditions.
If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.
