We have been seeing Dr. Allred for years. Through all my pregnancies and postpartum and I bring my kids to get adjusted as well. He genuinely cares about helping you feel better!

Dr. Allred is very efficient and able to work on alleviating my tmd, as well as other aches from traveling. His front desk personnel always make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer!

AMAZING! Dr. Allred is both professional and personal. He really knows what he’s doing and what techniques will help with literally any pain or stiffness or issue. He’s also very knowledgeable and helpful in full body care and how different body systems work together. Also, scheduling could not be any easier. I started going to him when I was about 13 weeks pregnant and I still go 2 years later as the need comes up for both me and my child. He’s really good with newborns/babies/toddlers too. I highly recommend!

Update: I’ve now been going for over 5 years and he’s still amazing!! Zero pressure or “selling” services, 100% support and care for different back issues throughout the years. I also occasionally bring my child for adjustments and Dr. Allred is great with him. Still highly recommended!!

They help you so much with you body pains

I've had recurring lower back problems for the last few years and since I've seen Dr. Allred the symptoms have vastly improved or vanished completely!

I like how Dr. Allred takes a holistic approach combining nutrition, strengthening and stretching exercises, along with adjustments. But he's not pushy on buying nutritional products unless you are interested. When he does adjustments he is very gentle and does a lot of stretching or massage guns to relax the muscles and allow for the adjustment.
