My favorite chiropractor in Utah! Dr Allred listens to all your complaints and symptoms and treats you individually. I've been to a lot of chiropractors and most of them will do the same treatment for all their patients. I've been very impressed with Body Balance and how many options they have. I get out of alignment extremely easily which has meant daily pain and daily readjustments in the past. I started coming here a few weeks ago with my daughter. The differences it has made for both of us are marked and amazing. Ill start with my daughter.
She has had leg and lower back pain, as well as a foot that kicks slightly out for quite a while. This caused some issues with running during sports. She has been pain free and her leg is now "normal" which has made a huge difference in her running. She also is sleeping better and no longer complains of pain in her knees.
For myself, I couldn't be happier. I have suffered from chronic migraines since I was a child. I'm talking 3-5 a week. I now haven't had a single migraine in 2 weeks. I wish I had tried this earlier. Its been a godsend.

Came to Body Balance after a car accident and was experiencing severe headaches when performing any moderate physical activity as well as neck pain and lower back discomfort. Dr. Allred was absolutely great. Took the time to explain to me the anatomy of the spine and why I was experiencing the pain and how the adjustments he would do would help me heal.

We began treatment and I felt improvement after the first week which was a relief. After a few more weeks I'm back to normal!

I’ve been to several chiropractors in the valley and they’re all fairly good, however, I’ve been desperate for a really really good, thorough chiropractor and didn’t think I would find one. Yesterday, I went to Dr Allred at Body Balance on 1300 N 200 E. I couldn’t believe how much more thorough he was! I have NEVER had a better adjustment! I almost get emotional thinking how much he helped me in just one visit. I won’t bore you with details but I haven’t had this much movement in a very long time. I'm not one to usually write reviews. But I feel compelled to write one now so that anyone who is looking for help may read my story and feel inspired to try it for themselves. I have not been able to eat Eggs in over 20 years. Every time I did- even the tiniest of bites- I would have a severe reaction getting a 12 hour or more stomachache and would be doubled over with pain. I had an allergy test done and they said that I was not allergic to Eggs but rather just a severe reaction. 12 hrs doubled over - no thank you. So I've spent the last 20 years avoiding eggs, having to ask 'are there eggs in that dish' when we ate out or went to a friends house. Having to make sure that when we did go out for breakfast that they knew I was allergic to ensure they would not use the same spatula or grill where eggs had been cooked before.
