I simply searched Google for a chiropractor since I haven’t really heard of any, and I tweaked my back; he was amazing! I felt better after even just one visit—bedside manner is great and he explained what he was doing and why it would help.
I really appreciated the fact that after my second visit when we felt like my treatment was basically complete, he didn’t insist that I continue going for a bunch of times to fix other things that weren’t issues. The paperwork he gave me was actually just really good basic practices to prevent injury, and stretches to continue feeling better. I’ve gone to chiropractors that basically tell me I’m doomed unless I do a couple thousand dollars worth of treatments, that really aren’t necessary, and it immediately stops me from going to them.

I first went to Dr. Allred when I wasn't seeing results with another chiropractor. I was pregnant with a pinched nerve in my lower back and after the first visit with him I was able to get in my car and out of bed without any pain! 2 more visits and I was completely set right. Fast forward to my most recent pregnancy and I was having pain in my public bone. I avoided going in for an adjustment for a few months because it's such an awkward area to be worked on. I finally made an appointment and Dr. Allred was so professional and explained what he was going to do before he adjusted to make sure I was OK with what needed to be done. It took a few more adjustments along with me taking daily walks (per his suggestion) but the pain I was living with was finally gone and I felt confident labor and delivery were going to be smooth sailing because of my adjustments. Coming here has been a lifesaver! After I had my baby my body was totally out of whack! I went in expecting to get a quick alignment and be told yup, you've got issues, but instead I went in and Dr. Allred asked about my history, where my pain was, when it was most prominent, and then did a thorough examination before doing adjustments. Because of that I got better to having zero pain in about a month, 6 appointments total! I am so appreciative and grateful!! The staff is all amazing and so nice! We have been going to Dr. Allred for years, but recently took our newborn in to be adjusted. Let me tell you - it has made a world of a difference! Our first two nights home with this baby we were up all night while he wriggled in discomfort and we knew we needed to get him adjusted. I remembered Dr. Allred recommended that babies get in as soon as possible after birth and so we got him in at 4 days old. It made a bit of a difference that first night but the next day is when we really noticed the difference. He went from being awake and in pain for 8 full hours during the night to sleeping in 2-3 hour chunks and seeming much more comfortable in his little body. I highly recommend taking your babies (especially newborns) in, especially if you suspect they are in pain or something is off. And if you've had any kind of traumatic birth, it is a must! Dr. Allred is amazing! I came in with back pain he has helped me feel so much better again, as well as helping me get back on track with daily stretches and exercises. I cannot say enough good things about this place and him! They even have a little kids room right next to the adjustment tables so your little kids can play with trains and books and so many fun things :) He also does chiropractic work for when your pregnant and the ladies at the desk quickly learn your name and make you feel at home. We looked up chiropractors in the area and came across Body Balance Chiropractic. We drive truck over the road and we’re only in town for a short time. Dr. Alrad was so flexible and got us in right away! When we arrived, everyone was so friendly and treated us with great respect. Dr. Alrad is an Amazing Chiropractor!! He asked a lot of questions and took his time to come up with the best treatment plan. He knew right away what was wrong and I felt so much better after the first visit. He knows his stuff!!
