This place was a godsend for me! I have been in pain for years but worse the last year. After trips to another local Chiropractor who would not listen to me and only charged me a lot of money with no relief, I gave up.
a few months later not being able to sit for even short periods of time and having constant burning sensation down my legs, I google this place.
They had a great online offer that included x-rays, which I already believe, I needed. Making the appt and filling out paperwork online was so painless but more than that, the trip for my consultation included an x-ray which immediately showed what was wrong. What I suspected was what it showed and had the other Chiropractor listened to my request of taking an x-ray, she would have found it too. On my second trip to Body Balance, not only did he have a total plan on how to correct my issue, he had a couple of ways...

After injuring my back, I was going to another chiropractor. After a couple of visits, my back was feeling worse. When I came to Body Balance Chiropractic, I shared my concerns and apprehensions with the receptionist. She listened and made me feel that she cared about what I had to say. I felt at ease by her reassuring me that my visit would be risk free and I could make my decision about moving forward with treatment after consulting with Dr. Allred.

I enjoyed visiting with Dr. Allred, I felt that he was genuinely interested on understanding what caused my injury so he could create a treatment plan specific to me. Each visit since, I have left feeling that he was treating me personally, and not performing generic adjustments.

After my first adjustment I was shocked at how much better I felt, and with each appointment I started to notice my pain was becoming less and less. I have loved my experience at Body Balance Chiropractic. Dr Allred is very attentive and listened to/remembered all of my concerns and gave me exercises and a treatment plan to combat my pain. He has substantially improved my shoulder problems. I would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Allred has been amazing! I went in after a pinched nerve kept coming back, The nerve got to the point i wasn't able to move well. Finally gave and went in and after the first visit i felt so much better and the pain was gone. After a few visits i brought up in passing i had just got diagnosed with a sliding hiatal hernia. Was surprised that he said chiropractors can help with that, after he adjusted that i felt so much relief! No more pressure in my back from the hernia at all.

I was looking for someone who uses a combination of modalities and therapies and Dr. Allred uses everything I was looking for. So happy I found him.

They listen to your concerns and what problems you are dealing with. They care about you and really want to help you get better. They are friendly and it is a really great environment all together. They get excited when you are progressing and getting better, which makes you feel like you are doing great with your health. They are personable and don’t just treat you like any other person with a problem. They focus on you and your problems, which makes you feel like you’re the only one in their office at the moment, even if you aren’t. I highly recommend this office. They are great at what they do and they care.

I went into Body Balance Chiropractor with a lower back pain. Did a few weeks of re-adjustment, I feel and am doing a whole lot better than before the visit. Lower back pain is gone and now I'm back to doing the things I love without any annoying pain. Thank you Dr. Allred!!

This is the first chiropractor I’ve been to. Went in for lower back pain issues that started three years ago. Found out it was actually my upper back that was stiff. Dr. Allred also helped get rid of my frequent headaches and migraines. Super friendly, respectful, and just overall great people. They send out emails/texts to remind you of your appointment the day before and then the day of. For me my adjustments take 5 minutes or less. He does a thorough exam to determine what may be the problem and gives you a packet of how/why this may be causing pain. As well he provides stretches and other suggestions of what you can do to minimize and possibly prevent the issue from flaring up again. Overall highly suggest coming here. Especially if it’s your first time going to a chiropractor.

I was impressed at the detail of attention to the problems I was having. I felt like Dr. Allred took the time to listen and ask questions about the pain I was experiencing. He was very kind and made it easy to feel comfortable in his office.

I pinched my sciatic nerve about a month ago, I could barely walk at first. I went to body balance the next day and they were able to straighten me out, it took about a month, but I am feeling much better now.
