Big Box Storage

Big Box storage was a smooth experience from beginning to end. The customer service is friendly, accommodating and flexible. The person who dropped off the box was so helpful in the placement of the boxes and when Dan came to pick them up to deliver to my new home, he was professional and did an amazing job with the box that I had put a ton of books in. If you have a lot of stuff and you want to take your time packing, this is the way to go! In retrospect, I needed 7 boxes instead of 5 so they are right that one room fills a pod. I love the size because it allows you to reorganize everything instead of in a large pod with other companies where it gets buried at the back and you can’t manage things you put in as well as in a smaller pod. I was recommended to Bog Box and I would highly recommend to others.
