A+ service! We received a reminder text, then a call 20 min before box delivery. Dez was kind and professional as he reminded us of how to use the box, and he brought a lock as we requested. He gave us a window for pick up and called 20 min before arrival. We are so impressed w/ Big Box service and look forward to getting our things back in 6 months post construction. Thank you Dez and Big Box!
