Big Box has been my go to for my past 2 moves. I have used them for every service they offer. They allowed me to keep changing pick up and delivery dates (more than 6x), store 2 of my filled boxes at their facility and no problem accessing my filled boxes at their location. They take some of the moving stress away. The drivers are pleasant and always call 30 minutes before they arrive. Moving is not fun and dates/times do not always go as planed but Big Box is wonderful at allowing changes continuously. They are better than all the other Box/Pod companies out there.
