I am so pleased with the Big Box Service. I have been their customer for for over 6 months and have been pleased with their service and especially with their customer service. They are kind people who care about their service and represent their company very well. I needed to add some items to my big box, storage, so I had an option to visit their site and access my big box but instead I asked if I could have the big box delivered to my home, which they did offer that service of course with a fee, which worked out for me. Within a couple of days, I had the big box dropped off at my location, had a couple of days to add and remove items from my storage box before their pick up date, which was great. What a great Big Box delivery I experienced today. Placement of my two boxes had to be very precise in order to accommodate a 28’ moving trailer, my garage filled with packed items and my 2 Big Box storage items.
